All Sales are Final. We do not offer a refund or exchange for a diferent DVD after the purchase.

Our products are shipped within 2-3 days using the United States Postal Service. All DVDs are shipped first class mail. Domestic shipping and handling rate within continental US is $4.75 (subject to change).
Internationaly our products are shipped within 2-3 business days using the United States Postal Service. All DVDs are shipped first class mail. International shipping and handling rate is $9.75 (subject to change).
Customs Duties & Other Fees
Shipping costs are fixed and non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the product to reach you, may vary. You are reponsible for your own shipping expense in case of a return when you ship the DVD back to us.
